Julia Benitez-Estevenz has been in the healing arts since 2003 —
and what that timeline means matters.
She didn't start as an acupuncturist who later added coaching.
She started as a life coach — someone trained to help women understand their patterns,
change their stories, and move forward when they felt stuck.
Five years later came the hypnotherapy certification.
Then massage therapy in 2012.
Then — after twelve years of learning how the mind, nervous system, and body work together —
she became a Licensed Acupuncture Physician in 2015.
Most practitioners learn the clinical skill first and add the human element later.

By the time she picked up a needle, she already understood the whole woman sitting across from her.
